This recipe is old--was originally intended to accompany ham--but I think it stands all by itself as a dessert--simple and satisfying. Hope you like it! Whose recipe is it? Can you guess?

Baked Pineapple
2 eggs lightly beaten
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
13 1/2 ounce can of crushed pineapple UNDRAINED
Grease 1 ½ quart casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients and pour into dish; sprinkle cinnamon on top.
